All the brands we stock here at Case offer some sort of warranty for several years.

At Case, we will honour the manufacturer warranty you will need to keep your proof of purchase which is the invoice for web orders or your receipt from our stores.

Below is a list of our brands, the warranty period and what is and what is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Briggs & Riley All ranges  UK Lifetime Warranty covers the repair of all functional aspects of your Briggs & Riley bag for the life of your bag.does not cover cosmetic wear or cleaning, damage of contents, or the replacement of lost or stolen bags and/ or its contents. YES - If your bag is damaged by an airline and you wish to hold them responsible, we suggest that you file a claim with the carrier before leaving the airport.If you choose not to do this and instead wish for us to repair your bag, we will be happy to do so at no charge.
Carl Friedrik All ranges Lifetime warranty  We offer a lifetime warranty covering repairs or replacements for functional damages. This includes all stitching, zips, metalwork, and handles. Please note, this warranty does not cover the natural ageing of materials or normal wear and tear.

The lifetime guarantee does not apply to cosmetic wear and tear, misuse or abuse, or damages caused by negligence.
In the event of airline damage, airline claims usually need to be reported to the airline within a set timeframe so we recommend contacting the airline immediately. If you do not receive compensation or the airline does not respond within 14 days,  please contact us and we will do everything we can to help. Please get in touch with us here regarding any functional damage.
Chipolo All ranges 2 years  If a defect in the Product arises within the Warranty Period, Chipolo will, at its sole option and subject to applicable laws: (a) repair or replace it with a new or refurbished product or component; or (b) refund the original purchase price upon return of the defective Product. This Warranty does not apply where the instructions for use and activation of the Product are not complied with or where the Product is damaged as a result of abuse, accident, modification or other causes beyond our reasonable control.   • Cracks or breaks in the shell
  • Defective zippers
  • Ripped seams
  • Fabric tears that make the product not function properly

Delsey Shadow Limited 5-Year Warranty  The warranty period for your product is mentioned on the warranty certificate. The warranty for electronic and electrical components (excluding batteries) is for a period of two (2) years .The replacement of the product covered by the guarantee does not have the consequence of extending the initial duration of the commercial guarantee. The duration of the guarantee for your product is indicated on its guarantee card which is inside your product. -

Eastpak All ranges Limited Global Warranty  This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage (by airlines, for example). -
Ettinger All ranges This warranty covers Ettinger items bought from authorised retailers that may present a manufacturing or materials defect under normal conditions of use:

Stitching failures
Assembly defects
Material failures (abnormal ageing, abnormal deterioration etc.)
Metal fittings' defects (press studs not working, locks and hinges loosening, hooks and rings breaking, etc.)

Each case will be assessed individually and this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Depending on the items and the problem at hand, we will either repair or replace the item

FPM All ranges 5 year warranty when you register your product through FPM website  - -
Fulton Umbrellas All ranges No umbrella brands cover wind damage under their warranty. Whilst we make every effort to design the most reliable umbrellas using the strongest, highest quality materials, we do not cover damage due to wind or wear and tear. -
Groundtruth All ranges 10 Year Guarantee  The 10 year limited warranty covers manufacturing faults and extends to the original owner. -
Horizn Studios All ranges All new Horizn Studios suitcases, purchased after the 1st of February 2023, are covered by a Lifetime Manufacturer’s Guarantee.  Luggage items purchased before the 1st of February 2023 continue to be covered by a five-year guarantee, if registered, and by a two-year guarantee if not registered.  "The Manufacturer’s Guarantee covers all functional aspects of your Horizn Studios luggage for the life of the product. It doesn’t apply to cosmetic wear and tear (such as scratches), misuse or abuse, damages (such as dents or cracks) caused by negligence or accident by any third party, particularly flight or transport damages.

Damage caused by third parties (e.g. airline) is also excluded from coverage and should be immediately reported directly to the carrier who will be insured against this.The Smart Luggage’s Smart Battery Horizn Studios guarantees that the battery delivered to you will not show the following defects within a period of two years from the date of purchase stated on the sales receipt (Warranty Period):

The battery can’t be charged or discharged anymore
The battery can’t supply sufficient power to compatible devices anymore
The warranty shall not apply to:

Any slowdown in the charging process, which is market standard for batteries
The functioning of the battery if it’s charged with other than original Horizn Studios adapters or charging cables
Impairments to the functionality of the battery caused by improper use of the Horizn Studios Luggage
Batteries in Horizn Studios Luggage that were not purchased from HS New Travel GmbH or one of the aforementioned official distribution partners and Batteries in Horizn Studios Luggage that were purchased second hand or as ""graded stock"", ""returns"" or were purchased as part of a “Sample Sale”."

Klean Kanteen All ranges Backed by the lifetime Strong as Steel guarantee  Normal wear and tear, including scratches and dents (if dropped), are not covered under the Klean Kanteen warranty. Roka - Limited warranty  All of our Roka London bags are under a limited warranty, covering damages outside of normal wear and tear, for a full year from the purchase date.  -
Samsonite C-lite Limited 10 year global warranty  Samsonite products are rigorously tested to ensure that the travel products you trust meet stringent standards. Consequently, if a problem occurs with this Samsonite product (the ""Product"") and the problem is caused by manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, Samsonite will, in its discretion, either fix or replace the Product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions stated herein. The warranty provided for herein applies only to the first purchaser or gift recipient of the Product. The duration of the warranty is stated on the warranty card inside the Product and/or in the list of Product features on our website.

Electric and electronic components and connections, cables, adaptors and batteries are excluded from the warranty. The warranties described herein cover only manufacturing defects and do not cover any damage caused by misuse or unreasonable use, improper care, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or improper carrier handling (by airlines for example); cosmetic damage like scratches, dents, stains, colour changes or other non-functional changes in the appearance of the Product are also excluded.

While non-warranty maintenance or repairs on your Product can be performed by any company, Samsonite requires that you use only an approved Samsonite service center (""Service Center"") for warranty repairs. Improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repairs void this warranty.

Serapian - 2 years  Guarantees are not applicable when Products have been used or washed in an inappropriate manner, without following the instructions/warnings provided by the Seller and/or the Owner of the product on the information leaflets, tags or labels. The Seller shall also provide a guarantee that the product possesses the same level in terms of quality, quantity, durability, functionality, compatibility and safety usually possessed by a product of this type. -

Ted Baker - 5-year warranty  Ted Baker Luggage has total confidence in the performance of their product which is engineered and built to the highest quality standards. Ted Baker Luggage has a 5-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover airline or common carrier damage. Always examine your luggage immediately and make a claim at once if it is damaged. -
Secrid - 2 years  The Thule Guarantee does not cover defects resulting from conditions beyond Thule’s control. These include, but are not limited to, misuse, overloading, or from failure to assemble, mount or use the product or its accessory in accordance with Thule’s written instructions, guidelines, and safety text. Nor does it cover damage to the user’s vehicle, electronic devices, cargo, or to any other person or property. -
Tumi - 5 Years. Covers defective workmanship and/or materials. First year, worry free.  First Year of Ownership: Worry Free With limited exceptions, if your TUMI product is damaged during the first twelve (12) months you own it– including damage caused by normal wear and tear, airline handling, or other transit damage–TUMI will cover all repair expenses, including shipping costs to and from our repair facility. If we determine that the product is damaged beyond repair, we will replace it. If we determine that a replacement product is not available, we will provide you with a product of comparable value. Damages not covered are damage resulting from abuse, cosmetic damage (such as scratched leather or stained fabrics), and incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to or loss of the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses.

Years Two through Five on travel bags, business cases, cross body bags, totes, backpacks and handbags and second year for wallets, accessories and outerwear: You are covered for manufacturing defects and normal wear and tear.

Victorinox All ranges WARRANTY 1 + 10 YEARS During the first twelve (12) months of ownership, your product is covered by the Victorinox Total Protection Programme.

  • This includes manufacturing defects, normal wear and tear, airline handling and transit damage.
  • This excludes abuse, cosmetic damage (scratches on leather, polycarbonate, or stained fabrics), incidental/consequential damage (such as damage to or loss of content of the bag, loss of use, or loss of time), abrasion, solvents and accidents.
  • Note that the electronic device/function integrated in your travel product is not covered by this warranty.
The Total Protection Programme covers the repair expenses, shipping costs to and from the repair centre, or a replacement product (of identical or equivalent value) if your product is beyond repair. Warranty repairs must be carried out at an approved Victorinox service centre.

THE QUALITY WARRANTY PROGRAMME COVERS:

  • the repair expenses or a replacement product (of identical or equivalent value) if your product is beyond repair; and
  • the shipping cost from the repair centre.
You are required to either ship your product to us for repair, postage paid, or take it to a Victorinox store or an authorised Victorinox retailer. If it turns out that the repair of your bag is not covered by the warranty, your service centre will contact you with an estimate including repair fees and return shipping costs. Warranty repairs must be carried out at an approved Victorinox service centre.
