If your product develops a fault or is damaged, your first point of contact will be the brand’s repair centre. Please note that Case Luggage is not responsible for the cost to send the item(s) to the repair centre and this must be covered by the customer. If you wish for us to collect your item and send it to the repair centre, there will be a £10.00 collection fee however, we will return the favour and ship your bag back to you free of charge.
